Control methods:

1、 strengthen the health management of production workshop, keep the production environment clean.

2、 regular cleaning drying room and air filter.

3、 improve the cleanliness of rinse water after electrophoresis, keep overflow supplement pure water.

4、fill paint, to ensure that the new add electrophoretic paint dissolved well, and color paste fineness to control within the scope of the standard.

5、 strengthen the circulating filtration of electrophoresis tank liquid, and strictly control the ph value, prevent resin precipitation or coagulation precipitation.
